Ramada by Wyndham Baltimore West

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and when I was there. The room I received was clean just a outdated for a Wyndham Brand Establishment. The Customer Service is always good and house keeping is great even though it's a limited language barrier. I would recommend this business to family and friends.

Very good budget motel. Excellent staff. Recommend it highly. Jennie and Nimra in particular provided excellent service.

This isn’t the worst place to stay the location is easily accessible from highway there’s plenty of good places to eat well within walking distance from this location I can’t speak on the breakfast I didn’t try it or even see the breakfast area they were and are in the process of giving this property a well deserved upgrade on ALL the rooms because mine wasn’t the best not because of anything other than a major upgrade to this furnishings within my room the door microwave refrigerator and everything else in my room worked fine my bathroom was meh thankfully nothing like the other pics I’ve seen posted by others again an upgrade is needed as it’s an older motel it was suitable enough for the time spent here. I’d like to see how it looks after all the renovations are done the four stars I gave one for the my room having working appliances and a decent shower and bed the other three are for the staff they make the stay a lot better if you have any issues with your room ask for Jenny she’s prompt with resolving any issues you may have with your room or on the property outside of her boss Nimra works the front desk and she’s also a pleasure if you call the front desk for anything she’s prompt responding to any concerns you may have regarding your stay if you happen to call for housekeeping reasons all rooms are assigned a housekeeper but the two ladies I had the pleasure of getting Andrea and Rubia if you get them good they’re awesome super kind and won’t wave you off if you need something from housekeeping the women working here are kind and I can’t forget the boss of them all Mr. Shah what a pleasant gentleman I had a issue during my stay and I really appreciate how apologetic the manager Mr. Shah was while resolving the situation to my satisfactory his professionalism is unmatched

I had a very clean room. And the lady in the office(who wore glasses) was very friendly and helpful. The girl Jenny also was pleasant in the room where you got the breakfast. Was a nice stay. Stayed for 5 days.

Me and my partner stay often and it's a wonderful place, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, housekeeping is always wonderful, rates are always great

The MORNING STAFF, MORNING FRONT DESK, MORNING HOUSE KEEPING, AND THE MORNING MANAGER JENNY ALL DAYTIME EMPLOYEES, ARE GREAT AND SUBURB, FRIENDLY EASY GOING , I SUGGEST THEY ALL GET RAISES.!! NOW THAT EVENING SHIFT, SO DISRESPECTFUL UNHELPFUL, UNFRIENDLY, RUDE , ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK PERSON SANDY, IF SHE DONT LIKE WHAT U SAY, SHE ALWAYS THREATEN TO CALL POLICE, ESPECIALLY WHEN SHES ALWAYS RUDE AND WRONG, SO SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK HER AND THE WHOLE EVENING NIGHTSHIFT ATTITUDES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OVER ALL HOSPITALITY AND RESPECT TOWA4DS BUYING CUSTOMERS PERIOD.

I love staying here; the staff and people are lovely! And the breakfast is always good and the coffee and Janny warming greetings makes your day more beautifull?!

I really enjoyed the stay here. Nice size rooms n very homely…staff were all very friendly. Gigi the head of staff was great. She was always helpful and accommodating to our needs. The young lady at the front desk Nimra was always a pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
